My name is Tyrone Bailey, and I am a Personal Trainer Wellness Director of the SDYMCA and also the Lou Walker Senior Center's Wellness Center in Lithonia, GA.
I work as a Director and Wellness coach and partner in helping you to set and achieve your own personal fitness goals. I call it “Outside the Box” Personal Training because it is not pre-packaged, and it is as unique as each of my clients.
My programs and workouts are designed for you and with you. They are results oriented, safe, fun and as challenging as you want them to be. Whether it is muscle gain, athletic performance, muscle toning, better health, or enhancements to your current programs, I will work with you to get the results you want. As your personal trainer, I will focus on every aspect of a healthy lifestyle, tuning both your nutritional habits and physical activities.

Your current physical condition doesn't really matter. It only matters that you are prepared to dedicate yourself to a program that is unique to you, one that will help you attain your goals. It will require work- giving your workout your full effort when we are together, being consistent in following your program, maybe even changing your diet and sleeping habits. But most important, it will be FUN and rewarding.
Working with the YMCA’S In Atlanta, St Louis MO, and Ohio as an Aerobics and Fitness Instructor , Coach and Personal Trainer; I have over 14 years of combined experience. As a sports coach, fitness instructor, and personal trainer with a wealth of experiences, I am an appropriate choice to assist you with your approach to wellness. Most importantly, I have the desire to help you make a difference in your life.
